<p>DD’s email in sitting in my inbox but I am NOT looking at it until she’s here… fingers crossed.</p>

<p>She just came home… ACCEPTED… and also heard this morning she got the lead in her school musical!!!</p>
<p>I wanted everyone here to get in!!!</p>
<p>So I’ve been stalking this form all week reading and not posting…I just wanted to say that I got in to the school of communication for theatre!!! Who else has been accepted for theatre?</p>
<p>My daughter just got in for theatre–she went to Carnegie Mellon 2 years ago and mPulse last summer so she probably knows some of you. Congrats to all of you!</p>
<p>@lindsey claire – I’m betting my daughter knows your daughter… tell her CONGRATULATIONS and it sounds like they’ll be theatre-buddies at NU next year!</p>
<p>Mom Cares, congrats to your daughter, too! I have a feeling they know each other. I’m just so relieved we can cancel all of the auditions and travelling!</p>

I know these will sound like empty words, but I truly believe everyone will go on to an amazing college, NU or not! You all sound like amazing individuals from what i’ve read on this thread.</p>

<p>ilana26, both my kids got rejected, both had 30 on the ACT, one with about a 3.9 and the other with a 4.0 unweighted, all AP and Honors classes this year but one gym type class. Most of the extras are sports, 3 sport athletes both. Look in your spam folders guys, that’s where we found ours. And thanks for your kind words everyone, I’m sure they will all do well at other colleges. But for those of you who got in, there truley is no other school that has what NU has to offer. We are so excited for you all! Best of luck to everyone!</p>
