I payed my NU deposit yesterday and then I got an email today inviting me the transfer page. So you get invited after you pay your deposit, but not before. @writingismylife I think Friday June 1 is the last day that decisions will be released. Also my friend emailed them and they said they would have all decisions out by the end of May, which reinforces that June 1 deadline. So I think it is pretty safe to say everyone will have a decision by the end of next week.
I noticed the facebook group is over 90 members now. Last year they acceptted more transfers than ever, and before that is was usually just over 100. Here is to hoping to them acceptting as many as they did last year
I have a friend who just got rejected
Current rejected student from the class of 2022. Did anyone get accepted as a transfer that was rejected as a high school senior? Obviously my application will need to be different/stronger and it will be. Congrats to those that got accepted and best of luck to the ones that will be pursuing thwir college years else where. It’s always what you make of it! (:

I was just denied. receieved the email a few mintues ago telling me to check
I was rejected out of high school and accepted as a transfer this year. Just focused on my grades and pulled a 4.0 both semesters of freshman year of college. Made sure they knew I wanted Northwestern.

Just got accepted into Weinberg as a sophomore!!! Was rejected as a freshman applicant so I’m in shock… Deciding between BC and Northwestern now! To those still waiting, I wouldn’t automatically assume a rejection is in your future! I uploaded new materials (updated resume and grades) last Thursday so that may have helped too.
