Not accepted yet. What do yall think?

I had all of required credentials in and reviewed by mid to late October and I am still stuck on Step 3.
GPA: 4.1
Ranking: School does not rank but ATM put me in (1st Quarter)
ACT: 26
Hours: Close to 100
ECA: I have a lot. Played many sports in high school.
Essay: All 3
Letters: 2
Applied: 1. Business School 2. Engineering
I am also in the National Honor Society (if that helps)

What do yall think my chances of getting accepted are?

Let’s Pray

lol I have been for a while. So does that mean my chances are not that great?

I think they are sending acceptances through March and maybe April. I dont know if ill get in I think my 1760(1230) killed my chances.

kmart6 - I think you will be accepted, but my guess will be to general studies. You have good stats - but the college of Business and the college of Engineering both require exceptional stats.

klparker that is a question I have been trying to figure out. Since I put those 2 as my majors does it hurt my chances of getting in and can I still be accepted to general studies?
Hopefully a miracle will happen and I will get into Mays.

I have two classmates with extremely good stats and EC’s that have recently been admitted to TAMU but not to Mays. They were told that Mays is full. Have seen that info posted on Facebook by friends from other parts of Texas, too. TAMU may be an option, but not Mays.

Texas Boy, I know someone with almost indentical scores who got in, but she was a little higher than top quarter ( I think like top 15%). And I know a guy from last year who didn’t find out until a few days before graduation, so don’t give up yet.

Hopefully some of my ECs will boost me.

Eagle Scout
Interested in Corps
Numerous volunteer stuff

Tiger1992: I heard the same thing about Mays being full so now I am just looking for General Studies. My school does not rank if we are not in the top 10% but A&M put me in (1st Quarter) on the website. I just want to know if my chances are good or not making it to General Studies?
