Not sure if I inputted a failed grade properly. Can anyone give me feedback?

<p>In Fall 2011, I received a D in Calculus II. I retook it in Spring 2012 and got a B. When the UC application asked for academic history, I listed the class like:</p>

<p>Fall 2011: Calculus II, 4 units, D
Spring 2012: Calculus II, 4 units, B</p>

<p>The thing is for Fall 2011 my unofficial transcript displays the class like this: Calculus II, 0 units, D. </p>

<p>When I was filling out the TAG a while ago, my counselors looked over my application and said it was fine. The application even re-calibrated my GPA to account for the subpar grade. But I'm starting to have doubts whether I should have listed the class as having 0 units when it was failed.</p>

<p>Is what I did the right way of doing things, or is it wrong?</p>

<p>^Haha. Yeah, you did it correctly. You needed to list all attempts to pass a course.</p>

<p>You did it 100% right man, when they calculate your gpa it will be automatically replaced, so there is only gonna be 5 units for your cal ll class even tho you listed it twice :)</p>
