I’ve created a room here:

[It’s Almost](<a href=“It's almost”>It's almost)

not sure if it’s accurate…is it?
My mom said that my October SAT was up at 2 am.

2 AM PST, yes.

Hey guys, would a score of around 2100 be enough for Amherst? (I’m an international student)

Scores are up

M 800
WR: 800
CR 710

really don’t want to take it a third time, but that 710 is seriously making me consider it…

M: 740
CR: 740
W: 760

I had a perfect writing multiple choice (80) but an 8 essay omg

2370!!!
800 CR
770 M
800 W (80 mc 11 essay)

I could not be more happy (unless of course I had gotten a 2400). I was seriously considering cancelling my scores and I’m so so glad I didn’t.

780 cr. so close.

got a 2170
660 cr
740 math
770 writing
was expecting around 2100 so im really happy :D

2240
770 math
730 reading
740 writing
this was my first time taking it so I’ll go for it again in December for that 2300, but overall, pretty psyched about the score

Oh myyyy! 2090. With as low as 640 in CR. 750 in math though. Guys I need quick help: Should I bother applying to any ivy? And oh, my MIT has to be sent to the trash! Am almost cryinggg

Oh well. Wanted +2200

I took the sat for the first time in march earlier this year and was pretty glad to see my practice paid off.
800M
800W
740CR

I knew CR was my weak point and it always has been because I never read much as a child. But against all opposition from friends and family who said 2340 was good enough, I decided to retake the test for the sole purpose of getting that coveted triple 800 in one sitting.

So here I am, flabbergasted at 5:23AM, just 23 minutes after learning that I got the most insatiating score one could possibly imagine and I’m utterly decided that it’s not worth taking the test again with for the mere novelty of the score alone:
800M
800W
790CR

I guess that either some spiritual force or entity is intervening in my endeavor for perfection so as to remind me of my mortality, leaving me destined to never get the 2400 even were I to take the test all 10 more times I’m allowed, or I’ve just been the victim of cruel and unusual chance.

Thanks for reading my little epic. I don’t mean to show hubris: I just thought you guys might get a kick out of my story.

Perfection is a pinnacle to aim at, not a goal to reach…
Or so people said. Anyways, you have my most cheerful congratulations, ratmkino  Thanks to people like you, this world 's future once again looks brighter than ever :D

I hoped to get 2100 but my score is so slow…
I got 2020
CR 570
Math 760
Writing 690
I got my essay 10/12 but I lost so many points on multiple choice…
Definitely retake next year

Thankyou ursawarrior. I appreciate that.

To be honest, if I didn’t know any better I’d think the college board purposely gave me the 2390, thinking I’d be willing to pay to take the test again. It’s becoming a very commercial thing. I don’t believe kids should be allowed to take the test more than 3 times: once for each section I suppose.

There is no such thing as perfect in this world. That may sound clich

thankyou xnakelx.

Good luck to you! and good luck to everyone else as well; I hope you all get the scores you work for.

800 m
800 w
740 cr

I have a 770 cr from last year though, so I am very pleased :)
