<p>Okays. So according to the transcript i just got sent, my GPA is a 3.328.
I got a thirty on my ACT, and am planning on retaking it.
Really bad on my SAT, like...somewhere in the 1800s. I did a lot better on my PSAT. So either retaking or not submitting.
720 on SATII for lit.</p>
<p>Taking all of the hardest courses offered, except in math.
Will graduate with six English credits, as i took extra classes.
This summer am taking a college cred writing course at the Art Institue.</p>
<p>4-H- eight years
Was treasurer of my 4-H club for three years.
Newspaper-four years
Editor of newspaper for one.
Had own radio show and read school announcements.
Speech-2 years
Drama-4 years
Won best sophmore, and best cameo.
Taught Sunday School for three years
Counselor(unpaid) at an overnight camp
Spent a week building homes in Appalachia with COAP.</p>
<p>My top school is Emerson in Boston,
I plan on majoring in writ, lit, and pub.</p>
<p>I think my stats are pretty good, except for my GPA.
How badly does that effect it?</p>
<p>For those of you who don't know Emerson, the average GPA is a 3.5, and ACT range is from 24-28.
They're also a communications and arts school, so a lot of sway goes into the essays and submitted work.</p>
<p>Do you think i have a shot?</p>
