(NY) What should I know to pass the Living Environment Regents?

I need 3 regents (I haven’t taken English or American History yet, until June 2018). I passed Algebra 1, and Earth Science.

I got 54 on LE Regents, and got 29 on global history. I don’t want to take global again, so If I pass the LE regents, I can use the 4+1 option.

What topics should I focus on? (The topic they mostly ask on their stupid test).

There are regents review books and old tests available. I would also ask your teacher for help.

Hi!

The best way to study is to do the old tests.

  • Print the test
  • Do the test (because knowing the format is important)
  • Correct the test

Once you do a few of them, you will notice certain patterns in what they ask. Your grade will go up. At first it will feel like you know nothing. The next time, you know more. The thrid time you will see patterns. and so on.
