NYC Unifieds?

<p>Hey guys!</p>

<p>I’m an international student from the Philippines, so naturally, scheduling is key for me. Anyway, I’ve just registered for the 8am audition block on February 4 - which is the same day as my NYU Steinhardt audition. My Steinhardt audition is at 3:20pm (but we should get there half an hour early). Should I be really worried about getting to NYU on time? Could the audition last until past 2pm? How long do they usually take? I know 8am and 3:20pm are a long time apart, but it makes me nervous.</p>

<p>Last year at Chicago Unifieds - our Carnegie Mellon audition lasted the entire 4 hours (it even went later than that for some). You should be okay with the afternoon time for Steinhardt. Do you have to travel to another location or are the auditions in the same general area?</p>

<p>Last year I had my Carnegie Mellon audition early in the morning at NYC unifieds and then another audition back at the unified location at noon. I just told the Carnegie Mellon staff about my scheduling and they accomodated so that I was able to attend the afternoon audition on time. There were others doing the same and everyone was accomodated.</p>

<p>I bet CMU will want to be done with the 8 AM students by lunch time at least! :slight_smile: Plan your method of transportation from Unfieds to NYU. The subway may be actually faster than a taxi, but when you are trying to look nice and relax a bit, you might prefer a taxi, as long as you allow plenty of time.</p>
