Yes. My teacher said don't write more than asked

ull lose points if u didnt write bout just 1

Just found out- Update

Global History- 94
Spanish- 98

I thought that they counted the first one you wrote about.

APWorld, if you're talking about the U.S. History regents, we were required to discuss two reform movements for the thematic essay. But I assume your concern is Global.

However, I don't recall the regents ever making any essay, thematic or DBQ, that asks for only one example..

For the Global History Regents, it asked for 2 larger ideas. And in the task, it asked for one cause and one effect for each of the ideas.

I guess the theory is you could self study for an AP or, I guess, if you failed the Regents you would know before the next adminstration that your AP would render it meaningless. There I believe were 4 people in my school who got exempted from the US Regents, we, for all I know, may have been the only four people in the state.

we're forced to take the regents.. they usually count as our finals

what if your absent for a regents? How do they factor your grade in then? I was absent for the Math B and Now I am scared.

you can take it in August if you want.. i think?

You have to take it over again if you passed the course or summer school

do i have to go to summer school?

I hate this. Absent on one day and it blows my whole year out of the water.

were you absent on purpose?

I've gotten 2 of the 3 grades so far:

English: 100
U.S.: 96

my physics teacher wouldn't give me the grade, but assured me I did not fail, which made me happy (the physics dept. at my high school is absolutely abysmal)

I got 100 on English and US History and an 87 in Physics. I'm just glad I passed.

I won't find out any of my scores until I get my report card next week.

If you missed the math B you might be okay, depending on the school's policy because NYS does not require the Math B for graduation (assuming you already passed Math A).

I just got my scores:

Physics:97
US History:96
English:96

Surprised about how high US History was.. our teacher taught us more about english history

I got my scores, but I mean, come on guys--regents exams aren't that significant.

Biology: 97
English: 97
US History: 100

of course I had other finals, but bringing that up is futile considering they vary from school to school.

I read something on this site a while back that seems to be true about regents exams: regents exams are like ap exams- a 5 point scale: 96-100.
