Me too

@cchopeful2016 Me too

Does anyone here think the supposedly indicative housing change from “nonrenewable undergraduate” to “freshman” won’t happen this round?

@MiniCHAMP I would that NYU would fix this indication of acceptance or attempt to fix the housing change. Maybe the updated layout is indicative of an updated system throughout that addressed this “housing change.” But if some people get the change this time around then we know that it is not fixed. We will find out most likely starting the middle of next week.

@AnxiousApplicant1 @LasagneMoodAF I guess they’ve changed it, then, my bad. It’s not a bad sign; just ignore what I said.

Can someone pls chance me for Tandon?

So we’re sure decisions are coming out on April 1 instead of ~March 25 like in the past few years?

@dongmonger “Admission decisions for Regular Decision candidates will be available sometime on April 1st after 5pm.”

Straight from the Albert website, so I’m guessing April 1st.

Do you think it is too late to change college for same major. Like from Computer Science at Tandon School to Computer Science at CAS?

probably, since most (or nearly all) decisions must have been made by now

Goodluckk! @sweetcottoncandy

I just want to know my decision! :(( Probably will be rejected, but I want peace of mind.

When do regular decisions for OOS come out?

@ajdhfh My experience is that it can’t hurt. My d kept sending stuff long after the deadlines. The admissions staff are just people. The more they know about you and the more they understand your depth of interest, the better you are.
They certainly won’t hold it against you.

@Canon7130 NYU is a private school, so there should be no difference with OOS students. AFAIK ALL of the RD decisions come out on April 1

NYU’s official RD notification date is April 1 every year. Based on blog posts from this year and last year it seems like they finished up around the same time as they did last year, and historically they release decisions the last Friday of March because Financial Aid finishes early. They use April 1 as a way to make sure they always have it done. Think about it - why would they want to lose NYU acceptance hype to the Ivy League and other comparable schools! They want the release day to be different from at least the Ivies so I’m sticking with my original prediction of March 25. Also stop worrying about FA changes or housing changes, it’s all speculation and at the end of the day it’s the letter that counts! Good luck to every one!

@cchopeful2016 Tried orgsync and was able to log in to that. Where did you find it? What is it? DS applied to NYUAD as 1st choice and NYU NY as second. The info about organizations which pulls up appears to all be based on NY. Can everyone log in to this and does everyone get NYC info regardless of which NYU school they applied to?

I agree with you 100% @ccman153. And I read last year threads, and almost the majority of people got their FA change & housing change a couple minutes before they received their acceptance letter. I think we should just try & keep ourselves occupied until Friday afternoon. We only have 5 more days guys, we can do this !!!

@Fatouuu doesn’t Albert say on April 1st? Or will they release it early on March 25th?

Yeah I thought they were for sure releasing April 1st
