<p>Does anyone know what exactly a suite is? Also, for the triple room is there a common room for those? What are some recommendations on choosing a cheap freshmen dorm?</p>
<p>the two cheapest freshmen dorms are Brittany & Rubin (somewhere around 8 or 9000 i believe?) but they have no a/c so if you’re down with that those are probably the best options</p>

<p>Alicia, we paid $6490 for a triple in Rubin this year. The rate is going up for next year but it’s still below $7000 I believe. Rubin has a dining hall, Brittany does not. Check the housing site for the exact rates. Usually there is not a common room for any low cost housing.</p>
