*****NYU Early Decision 2 Class of 2020 Discussion*****

I dont see how they can simply reject majority of the people who were first ‘supposedly’ accepted. Don’t worry so much :slight_smile: @Chalamagne916

@collegesaywht123
i am not worried, but sort of anxious, which is normal.
The overall air in this thread is way too stressful.

@Chalamagne916 you try way too hard when you write

@renegade23
haha, i try whenever i write in order to improve my writing skills.

I might have a solution to the people with both freshman in both spring and fall. Maybe they are accepted to LSP since you can decide to start Fall semester in at another campus and start NYC in the Spring, so they are able to apply for Spring housing now.

it will be great if those who still hold freshman can post their stats to render a perspective.
Now i am tired but restless…:slight_smile:

I just want to get Feb 15th over with- this anxiety is killing me.

Another thought:

1The status of those who without house change:
Two non-renewable under fall and spring.

2House change(majority)
No info for Spring, Non-renewable under Fall bar.

3House change preserved:(minority)
Both freshman under Fall and Spring.

These are the existent statuses that i have observed.
If rejection goes to the same pile, 2 and 3 will share the same status.
But as a matter of fact, they are not.

Another possibility: 2 is waitlisted.
This possibility can be dismissed at once: it is not realistic to waitlist such huge amount of applicants (although it seems like a majority on cc, in reality, nobody knows)

As @renegade23 opines, 1 may indicate the acceptance of LSP. But they are people who have Fall in London, which dispels this possibility at once considering the consistency of the system.

@Chalamagne916 I still have freshman status for both spring and fall in NYC.

I couldn’t stand this anxiety so I came here just to go through some new posts, I was curious. I have just only one question to @renegade23 and @Chalamagne916 . @Chalamagne916 you said that option 1 might got into LSP due to what @renegade23 said (you just agreed with him/her), but you clarified option 1 as both Non-renewable under both fall and spring, while @renegade23 said that both Freshman under fall and spring might indicate this LSP (simple assumption). So what did you guys mean? Which one m-i-g-h-t indicate LSP?

I did not receive any change and I’m suprised that some people here got this NonR back. Hopefully that’s not a bad sign at all.

Can it be that the people who still have housing change are rejected and the ones who got ‘non-renewable’, accepted? xD

@stefankobk
two non-renewable will be considered as NO HOUSE CHANGE, which is situation 1
TWO FRESHMEN WILL BE CONSIDERED AS situation 3.
At the end of my post i repudiate @renegade23 's LSP possibility.

Why don’t y’all just go watch some netflix or something? Theres only 6 days left, stop worrying over something you can’t control.

nevermind. (deleted)

I no longer have the Events Calender when I click view/register for events, but rather I get taken to a page that says “Admissions Events: No events are scheduled”

In my application status under View/Register for Events - NYU Eligibility Opportunity Interview on February 17th is no longer there, it has changed to no events.

This has to be a system reboot. There’s no way the admission officers are changing so much things in a little over a day.
