hey guys! FA change really means nothing. Dont worry about it

@NYUhopeful1 Come on, FA change theory is just a ‘theory’. Don’t believe in it too firmly. That way people without it can also have some hope. :D

Also rejection letters come really early in the morning for international students. Then it seems to be the north, then the east coast, then south, then west coast.

my albert stopped working for a second and my heart almost popped out of my body

So back on after a long ass nap… What is the link that was posted with two stern things about?

It looks like the first rejection posted for ED1 was at 2:07 EST (pg. 107) and then rapid acceptances started at 3:00PM EST (page 133)

When I applied ED1 one of my friends had also applied. I live on the East Coast. When I came into school that morning I had not yet received my decision email, although when I asked my friend she had sadly been rejected. She told me she had woken up with the email and it had been sent at close around 1am - so if the ED2 waves are anything like ED1, rejections are sent out very early. I recieved my acceptance at 3pm on the dot.

ahh it’s already 2.30am in the UK and I don’t think I’m gonna be able to sleep! Though 3pm EST is 8pm here haha…so nervous

if rejections do come around at 1 am EST, i’m going to find out in school this sucks

does anyone know if international rejections come out the same time as international acceptances?

GUYS CHECK YOUR EMAIL. SHAWN ABBOT SENT OUT DECISIONS EARLY

is this for real?

guys go check

@nyuhopeful1 I GOT AN EMAIL TOO!!

yo we both got in! everyone go check and fill out the thread!

@NYUhopeful1 I hate you guys =((

@NYUhopeful1 … I like you… if we both get in… HMU lmao

My heart jumped! XD

Man these posts that are slowly debunking the FA change theory. I honestly was hanging onto the theory to get me into NYU. My stats are far too low compared to NYU’s average and I’ve done nothing to make myself stand out from other applicants. I’m not rich so it’s not like I’m an asset to NYU in the financial area either. Goodness, I guess I’m just waiting for my rejection letter now. This is so sad!!

@chances1please haha second time it worked lol
