I applied to Stern with CAS as 2nd option on January 1st before the deadline, but it was actually processed by NYU on January 4th. I still didn’t get the housing change. Do housing changes ever come this late??? Do I still have hope?
Cause I have two friends who applied regular decision and already got the change.

From what I’m seeing those who applied to the College of Arts and Sciences are the ones with the housing changes so i wouldn’t worry about it, like at all.

@2018eastorwest I don’t think any regular decision applicants should be worried about no housing change at this point. One of my RD friends doesn’t have the change yet and he is overqualified for stern and even more so for CAS.

I got my housing change today. It says my NYU washington DC application.

@MarkSun That is actually really huge for the sake of the validity of the housing change. If you got it for NYU LSP DC (I assume?), then it really probably is an indicator of acceptance if it is that specific.

@renegade23 Yeah. And my spring application for housing was no longer available anymore. I applied CAS and LSP.

Extracurriculars: 4 year varsity basketball starter, club basketball, DECA vice president, charity organization volunteer for events, church youth group leader, church film team.

SAT:2040 (superscore)
GPA: 4.12(Weighted), 3.83(un)
EC: Founder of street dance club, volunteer at multiple places, marathon runner, Principal double bass at school orchestra. After all, EC probably is my weakest point.

@gettingintostern It doesn’t make sense for someone to get deferred in the ED2 round. Maybe you got offered a Spring enrollment spot, idk
