i was admitted last week, and i only have a week to decide now. Is accepting transfer admission binding? i feel like i remember reading that if I accept, i have to withdraw my applications from other schools. can anyone confirm? im still waiting on 6 other schools ):

In previous year’s forum, most people got their Stern decisions during late may/early June. @Billymaze I could be completely wrong but that’s what I noticed.
Ok well, that’s good to know then. I was kinda nervous cause I saw a lot of other people already got responses. But that is true though I have only seen one or two people say they have heard from Stern and honestly you don’t know how true they are. @“FutureIbanker/hfmanager”
Did the message on the admission status page change for anyone else?
@Billymaze So I also saw people talking on other threads that people who receive their rejection early are the one that has very low chance of getting in. The admissions try to narrow down their choices so they can pick whatever they think is the best at the end. So people who got rejected so far had very little chance of getting in. This by no means a criticism but something that makes sense to me. If they accept people on the rolling basis they might receive an application at the end which is outstanding but could be admitted bc of no remaining spot. Hope this was helpful for future Sternies.
Still waiting to hear from Steinhardt. Applied for MCC, submitted app March 24th, and all necessary documents have been received by admissions. Sadly rejected from Berkeley’s Media Studies program last week, which has resulted in a loss of hope in me for NYU (in reality, it’s still totally possible for me to get accepted; I’m just a pessimist sometimes). Waiting to hear back actually makes me want to throw up.

also hi to all! I’ve been keeping up with this thread for as long as i’ve applied but just now made an account. I applied steinhardt MCC on the deadline (embarrassingly) but was notified and updated by NYU rather quickly. by April 4th I already had an email that I was missing my college report and they let me know they recieved it by April 11th. I know we’re all getting a bit anxious because we are approaching the end of the first week of May and still no word… and especially the change on albert without the hyperlink option. thanks everyone for keeping updated! it’s a help and big comfort being on the same boat with you all, lol.

Is there anyone who is admitted but never got an email saying that ur decision is ready? I never got mine… I called today and they told me that they sent it yesterday. Checked my spam, it’s not in there either.
Also, anyone knows how to register for classes and pay for tuition??
