For those who were accepted how long did it take to get a financial award letter? I need to decide between NYU and another School that already gave me a pretty good aid package

Does anyone else’s application date say “11/02/2017” under the application status tab even though you submitted it earlier than that?
@asnawaz I don’t, but I know that’s the date that they downloaded your app, which can be theoretically whenever. They download it when they’re ready, doesn’t impact your submission date.

@Decisiontime09 Hi!! I am an international student too! I am still waiting for the decision lol. It seems that the i-20 takes more than 3 weeks and the visa is usually 1 week to go. So it is better to spare a month ahead for applying visa.
Expect decisions this Monday. They should be rolling out decisions all this week on the days they normally do. Good luck to all!
do you know if I already had an f1 visa, can I go back to the home country without receiving i20 before leaving?
