Hey Love4Finance, i remember exchanging emails with you for a little bit. You know, I actually think you have a great chance. Your GPA looks good and you’ve finished the prereqs and you have extras focusing on your major. can i ask what classes you are currently taking and what classes you will be taking? you should get solid letters of recs and a unique essay that can represent who you are as a person.

Hey yeah I remember our conversation. Thanks for your input. I’m currently taking Calculus 2 and just two other GEs because I have so many units completed. Does NYU need letters of recs? Yeah I’ll start the supplement essays soon, which are only 1500 characters each, which is not difficult to accomplish.

Yeah NYU needs 1 letter of rec! Hey do you know if your Calc classes match up with the Calc classes required at Stern?

Yeah my Calculus class is equivalent. I actually spoke with some admissions counselors and they said all we need to do is the common app, the common app forms, and the supplement. One of the common app forms is similar to a letter of rec but just not called letter of rec, if that’s what you meant.
