@oceansquare based off of what @magicalturtle just said it looks like there are going to be Tisch acceptances coming soon. If anything it’ll either be the first of May or the second.
If anything, good luck to all the Tisch and Gallatin applicants!

@Egr95 I feel you!! I submitted my app early January and feel like I have been waiting for soo long. It drives me crazy to know that we’re so close to finding out but have no idea when it’ll be!
Does anyone know if NYU keeps your previous application and/or looks at your previous application? I also applied last year and was placed on the waitlist. I’ve noticed that my login was the same as my application last year.
@decisions6821 i think they do as a means of comparison because on my applicant checklist it included my teacher recommendations and midterm reports from high school but don’t take my word for it
@fazilatabdul yeah stern usually comes out later and they usually email but sometimes they appear on the portal before they send out the email if u check it regularly
I submitted my application for the 4/1 deadline (MCC), most materials received mid-April, but my final letter of recommendation was just submitted yesterday 4/30 because there was a miscommunication with one of my professors. Would this hurt my chances?
Any military veterans here?
Is MCC generally only accepting people for the Paris program?
@joelfromthemoon Probably not, you still have the rest of the May and June to receive a decision. In all technicality it’s actually on time as acceptances are technically only supposed to go out throughout May through June (as stated on NYU’s website), so don’t worry.
The only reason MCC tends to accept people for the Paris program is because the NY campus tends to fill up quick so they send a couple of people to the Paris program. You can still study on the NY campus eventually I believe.
You should not be worried. Decisions are not released in a particular order. Timing of submission does not affect a decision, as long as it was before the deadline.

Posting this for anyone that submitted on February (me) or earlier and still haven’t heard back. I was worried when I saw that the people that applied right before the April deadline were already receiving their decisions while I still haven’t heard back.
