I was recently accepted to NYU Stern under the ED 2 program. I got 55k in the Stern Scholarship, 3k in work study, and the rest in loans(14k). I’ve heard stories about the Stern Scholarship and how it’s just a fancy “financial aid” scholarship and not actually merit, but regardless I’m relatively happy. However, I was wondering about a few things.
How constant does your parent’s income have to be in order to get the same amount? If I see about a rise of 20k to 30k in income would that change my scholarship? I’ve called NYU and they seem to be very unspecific.
Is total cost 73k as it is projected on the Albert portal? Because I have seen others say 76k.
What are the odds that the scholarship amount changes by the second year?
