<p>So yeh i am an international student and i am soon going to choose between NYU or Colorado College and need student input on the two based on two criteria:</p>
<p>Academics - I know the block plan has it's benefits, but is the extra workload worth it when up against normal lectures?</p>
<p>Social - seeing as I'm spending the next 4 years at either one, i figured i need to get some actual student info on the place. I am an impersonal person who enjoys working hard/playing hard. i am also definitely not into tree hugging.
please keep in mind when saying whether which one would be more socially rewarding to a guay liek me (read: has intellectually stimulating students who know how to party but also get down to brass tacks)</p>
<p>everything else i am not bothered about.</p>
<p>Also, is UC San Diego still socially dead?</p>
