**** NYU Waitlist of 2021****

I got an email at 9 pst for Tisch for Dramatic Writing. My housing portal says “No applications available”. Did anyone who responded to the email get a confirmation email?

@khan28 Thx!
@aumalija Emmm…it says “No applications available” on my housing portal…

does anyone’s housing application not say “no applications available”?

Just checked again and now my portal says “Summer 2017”

im pretty sure everyones housing application changed including those who got emails

@khan28 It just changed back to summer 2017…gosh

I wonder if tomorrow they will send more emails :-S

@AhMesAmis , Yes, me too, it changed back to Summer 2017

@tsestich53 does it still show spring 2018 for you??? mines gone and only shows summer 2017 now

What schools did everyone commit to in the event that they dont hear back from nyu?

@screamingbee no I never got a confirmation email. I think the confirmation would be being accepted.

So no news from Gallatin or Steinhart??

I got no email yet but now it only says summer 2017 and nothing about spring semester… I’m probably denied

maybe they’ll send more tomorrow

ah mine says summer 2017 again… back to being clueless haha

does anyone see the event page?

“Please note that this message is not an offer of admission, it is just intended to gauge your continued interest in NYU and to let you know that limited scholarships would be available to any students we may be able to admit from the wait list.”

& this is from a few years ago, i got an email from tandon.

its an indicator of admission though so

did anyone who got the email apply for financial aid?

@nyc20grl I got the email and, yes, I applied for financial aid. Since I got a substantial merit scholarship at another of my top choices, it is highly unlikely NYU would offer me anything comparable financially at this stage (not to mention, they would need to offer merit, not loans, to be comparable).
