@paperblitz Were they pretty vague or did it seem that they were confident saying decisions will be out around this week? If they stay true to that, that is actually a big relief. Crossing my fingers that it is mid week like Wednesday or so
Hi everyone I just made this account so i could join in here. I got a call yesterday from NYU Tisch admissions and they asked if I was still interested in nyu and i said yes of course, and they told me my status would update either monday (today) or the next day, but idk if thats good or bad so please help!!
@bia101 that sounds good! They were notifying tisch and nursing students first so I have good feelins abt your encounter! Lmk what happens
@bia101 i’d say that’s definitely good! sounds like they were/are strongly considering offering you admission and just wanted to confirm your interest before officially doing so. congrats in advance - crossing my fingers for good news for you!

Also does anyone know what time the admissions office closes for the day? I just want to know when to stop looking at my phone for notifications for the day

@matthew1511 did they give you a call or email prior to gauge interest or was it straightup notification?
I emailed them expressing my interest back in April.

Just so everyone knows, the office hours for NYU’s undergraduate admissions is normally 9AM to 5PM. I didn’t get an email today and it is now 5:45PM so I’m hoping for good news tomorrow!
I’m guessing that no one heard anything from CAS…correct?
