Does Oberlin require a mid year report?

Not to hijack this thread but ive been accepted into obie ed, but ive been doing very poor in my public policy class this quarter im probably going to get a c, hjow bad do you have to eff up in order to get rescinded? (obviously i donty want my acceptance rescinded even tohugh it kinda sounddss that way the way i wrote it sorrry im in a rush lol)

Yes, we do want a mid year report with your first semester grades.

@Shmoclo–a single C may raise a few flags in our office, but it’s unlikely to result in rescinding your offer of admission.

Does anyone know with Obeerlin if it is better to send the first reporting period grades or better to wait until the mid-year, first semester grades are in (which will be in early to mid-February?

Most schools will want to see your semester grades, not your first quarter grades. I imagine that Oberlin is in this category.
