I omitted 1 in math and made 1 mistake so far. For writing i have only missed 1 so far. For reading I omitted 3 and missed 3 so far… Can you guys chance me? I need to get around a 213

Not entirely accurate, literally basing it off of the 2012 PSAT curve

I got so nervous on the first reading passage and could not read clearly…

How many of you put complete agreement? I was flipping between complete agr and qualified approval because Collegeboard generally doesn’t like extremes, but the author of psg 1 (or whichever passage it was) sounded pretty extreme to me…

Which one was that?

I remember section 1 being more challenging than section 3

I put qualified approval for the reason of extremes…

@zetahydrae
I put complete agreement

gotta get that new age journalism ball rolling

Guys i was wondering if the curves of the oct 16 and the oct 19 psats will be thr same… Does anyone know?

@noocie It was the one about the author of passage 1’s standpoint on a statement in passage 2, which went something along the lines of the common people being involved in journalism as a form of free speech.

Awesome!

@hanapiano

They’re not the same b/c they’re different tests

@noocie thts a relief … My friends who took it wednesday thought theirs was crazily easy

@hanapiano what did you say qualified approval or complete agreement?

@psatperson

I got this wrong bc of the proctor thing but i think its prob complete agreement

Do u guys remember the question with oprah 's book cluband what tht quote had to do with it? Did it criticize her club, highlight problems among book clubs, support her first statement?

i put support his first statement but i was unsure for that one

Do you guys have any tips on how to handle nervousness on the first section because regardless of psat or sat i always do bad on the first section because i get nervous…

I forgot :/

and to improve the nervousness, I’d recommend taking practice tests so you get used to the format.

I took several practice tests and usually only miss 1 on the first reading section but i could not even read clearly i get reallllllly nervouuuus…

@ needagoodscore
