<p>For carier’s device thing i was confused between that and “these devices.” but i ended up putting Carier’s device.</p>
<p>In the first paragraph it talked about THE device, which was the air conditioning, not multiple devices… That’s the only thing I could really think of. Plus “Carier’s device” is more clear than “these devices”. I also thought the whole “because of their ability to cool protected chocolates, films” more awkwardly phrased than the other one</p>

<p>@himichelle y=-x^2+k. one of the coordinates was (5,0) so 0=-(5^2)+k, so k=25. k is the y-intercept and the max of the parabola. find the slope of the line using max (0,25) and other coordinate of the line (-5,0) and you get 5</p>

and i put “the devices were used because their ability to…” instead of “Carrier’s device was used, where its ability to…” since the first one was less wordy and also what else would devices refer to other than carrier’s device?
and i don’t think it matters that it was made plural.</p>
<p>The ABC one i got 50. If you start at 25 and ab & bc are equally spaced, values will end up being 50 everytime.</p>
<p>Ex)</p>
<p>24+26=50 (1 space each way)
23+27=50 (2 spaces)
22+28=50 (3)</p>

<p>It was root130 = 11.4 Because each of the sides of the square were root65. :)</p>
