***October 2013 - Mathematics Level 2***

WE HAD A REPEAT TEST FROM 2007 i think the answers are also on this thread http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-subject-tests-preparation/293208-math-level-2-january-9.html

anyone who says the painter question was not 798 is ■■■■■■■■. just stop.

what was the curve for that test???

Dadbull is right. Oh but does anybody know what you need for 750+?

Yeah, there were some questions in common. The bio test today also had some questions from old tests, looks like CB does that fairly often.

Calm down s13nior. Calling someone “■■■■■■■■” does not make you cool.

Also, the questions are SIMILAR to those on the 2007 thread that you posted. Not the same

But the painter question was 798, I didn’t even put that, but I just remembered that it DID say ceiling and walls, NO floor. Well, I only skipped one and if that’s my only question wrong (I doubt) I still have a chance at 800

^lmao, why would calling someone “■■■■■■■■” make you cool? and it was 798 btw

Can you get a 750 if leaving 2 blank and get 7 wrong?

-_____- YOU DON’T SAY jimjones3000, you want to find “at what x are the y equal” you want to find x because you don’t know what it is.

what was the one where it was like given x,y → (ax, by), if and only if ay != bx or something like that, what points work for 3,4?

Matthew5, I would think so. You can miss ~5 and still get an 800 I’ve heard.

Chessy, I think they gave (4,3) and the correct answer was (12, 9)

matthew5 u can but that would be a very low percentile (790 is 85th percentile)

(-4,-3) I think at Chessy 18 and what score is -6 and 2/3 omit.

granturismo calling someone ■■■■■■■■ might not make me cool, but it does make me right (at least when directed at the likes of yourself)

People say things like “■■■■■■■■” because they want to act tough, smart, or cool.

And yes, I know it was 798, as I said in my post

Matthew5 look up the equat-
Ah whatever here’s the equation for your score:

Score=800-10(44-R)
Where R is your raw score
R is found by:
R=# right - (1/4 * # wrong). *AFTER DOING THAT, ROUND IT. (Eg. 43 - (1/43)=42.25=>42. So 42 is R)

Ughhhh. I made the same mistake on the painter question as johnkim614.

Does anyone remember the question where it gave this trig equation (something like 2/3sin(x)+1) and you had to figure out which choice made it undefined? What did you guys get for that?

You’re right against me? When did I ever disagree with you? Read one of my previous posts, I know it’s 798…

@Cheesy18: I’m pretty sure it was:
by (or bx) is NOT EQUAL to 0,
Which of the following satisfy ay=bx (EQUAL to)
I forgot what I put, unless someone remembers the question completely and rings a bell

For the 2/(3sinx+1) was the biggest answer choice (3.something)

The point was like (4,3) or something…
