Of lost files and interview notifications

My dream school is Harvard, but the whole application process was more of a nightmare:

Three weeks after the deadline I received an e-mail stating that my file got lost, so I had to send it again. I received a confirmation of its arrival in Cambridge on Feb 4. All my other schoolmates who have applied to Harvard were invited for interviews (admittedly, their files were OK). What should I do? Should I keep waiting to be called for an interview or should I e-mail the admission committee?

I read somewhere on CC that the deadline for handing in the interview reports is Feb 20, so I'm starting to get impatient. Any advice please?

Bump! So many views and still no answer? Please help me out with this.

wow...that sucks.
you're better off giving them a call. If you do email, you're going to have to wait a long while before they reply (assuming that they do reply). I emailed atleast 3times in the past few months, and still waiting on responses 2and3.

So just call them tell them what happened. the 20th is 3days away...and the office is closed tomorrow I think.

i didn't get called either, but my friends did. we're in the same boat.

Yeah, the office is closed tomorrow. I sent them an e-mail a couple of hours ago...and on Thursday I'm calling them first thing in the morning! Thanks for the advice ;)
