Officers in charge of BCT

Are the upperclassmen in charge of training us in BCT giving up their summer leave to do so? or are they just training us for 2 of the 3 summer sessions? Does this mean that they don’t take the same soaring programs and whatnot as everyone else? Also, any upperclassmen on this forum going to be training us doolies this summer?

2 digs & firsties only do bct. soaring/jump is only after 4 dig year. 1 &2 do bct instead of the prgrams and GE

They don't give up their leave, but a lot of them might be coming back from their leave...and naturally will be rather cranky...they might just take it out on you. :)

what G4C said!

I won't be doing USAFA BCT for a couple years most likely. And all the rest of 2010s won't be involved in this summer at all.

BCT cadre possitions are only for half of BCT. So, your cadre will change halfway through. Cadre only fill 1/3 of their summers with BCT.

I think the only cadets currently on the board are rising 3 digs.

There are a couple of rising 2 digs, but they rarely come here anymore.

Yay; cranky training officers; should be a swell time, lol.
Thank you for instilling the fear of the doolies in me G4C and hornetguy :)

I know of one cadet who will be cranky extreme, having just returned from Russian Language Immersion -- will be jet-lagged and ready to eat basics for breakfast.

By the way -- don't bother trying to hide in your closet as a way to actually sit down during the day -- this cadet already knows that trick.
