<p>Hard to believe, but there's only 72-120 hours left (based on my wild and unfounded estimate of when letters will arrive) until notification.</p>

<p>i don't think the harvard-yale conspiracy thing is altogether untrue. in the past yale may accept more students (maybe 40, expecting a yield of around 75% = 30) because yale knew that it was going to lose some transfer applicants to harvard and stanford. but now that harvard is out, this year yale is going to accept maybe just 30-35 students....same for stanford too...tough luck for us all.</p>

<p>My contribution could only be of 10k a year (I'm working full-time this summer too)...So I'm wondering if this can have a negative affect on their decision.</p>
<p>undisclosed, I'm pretty sure Yale is need-blind even for transfer admissions. I believe this means that the people in admissions don't see your financial aid information.</p>
