@Awflapjackz It’s not certain at all.

How many paragraphs are typical of a free response question? Is two enough?

It does? what after the fall of the berlin wall should we know? :o

It only goes up to the 1991 coup in Russia, and the 1991 Maastricht Treaty. You don’t need to know anything after that or before 1450.

@FLIB I’ve been told that it should be a regular five-paragraph essay with a strong thesis, although if you’re writing a compare/contrast essay, it can be four paragraphs.

My teacher said that we should forget how we write essays from English class, because we’re not here to write pretty! As long as your essay fully answers the prompt & meets the requirements, it should be okay!

What is everyone doing the last day before the exam? I’m just taking the major dates and writing the key events that happened to help me recall stuff… And probably looking over some old tests too! Ahhhh exam’s tomorroww

Just to correct what some others have been saying:

While you can get away with a two-paragraph essay on the free-response, the students who can pull that off with a high score are EXTREMELY rare. If you think you’re a writing genius and rank with them, then sure, do a 2 or 3 paragraph essay.

If not, a 5-paragraph standard essay is best. The AP graders are used to the 5-paragraph format and it will be easier for them to score your paper.

By 2 or 3 paragraph essay- do you mean 2 or 3 body paragraphs?

Two body paragraphs. My bad,lol

I guess you’re right. After 1991 not much really happens that the AP graders really care about.

Does anyone have the answers to the AP Euro 2009 MC section, I have the test, but I need the answers to check. thanks!

drac313 where did you get the test?

Anybody know what FRQ topics are most likely going to be on the exam tomorrow?

Anyone else screwed? :\ I might just end up dropping…

If you are seriously afraid of failing, don’t be. I took this in 2011 and was scared to death back then, but I did fine. This might make you feel better: You can get a 46% and a 3 on every essay and STILL pass with a 3.

I read the whole Princeton book twice and just tried the first practice test—38/80 on the multiple choice…I just don’t think I’m ready, and I blame myself for waiting till the last two weeks to start studying. You think that’s decent enough for a 3? I’m contemplating just taking it next year and preparing well over the upcoming year. I could ace it if I studied well till next year versus just getting a 3 now.
.

what if I don’t finish the frq or dbq???

Anybody have a link to a good practice exam? Not the one by CollegeBoard, already did it. :)

Good luck everyone!!

Only 2 hours, 18 minutes until the exam. Good luck everyone!
