***Official 2015 June SAT (US Only) THREAD***

for the easter island question, what was the answer to the question that asked what is can be inferred from one of the theories?

I got 25 too.

@chrysanthMum what was the sentence for the scant question

There was a tone question that I was questioning. I think it was the Easter Island one, actually. My top two options were commanding and analytical. I chose analytical.

I put scant and analytical as answers, too.

i chose analytical as well

chose analytical

@Baikster
dont remember

For the question about parentheses, was the answer something with reactions?

  1. Absolute value question ( lf(x)l ), finding smallest value, ANS-0
  2. ax^2+bx+c, Finding the value of a when the minimum value of the equation is 5, ANS-0
  3. XYZ Office products Graph, ANS-?
  4. Computer per student average, ANS-?
  5. *n is the smallest number that can be added to n so it becomes a perfect square. find the same value as *21. the choices were something like A. 2, B. 6, C. 12 D. 77...

Does anybody have answer to these math problems?

for jane austen, what u put for the question that asked how the person would react to the blank spaces mentioned in passage 2?
2)
the question that asked what could be inferred from that passage? (from blank spaces i think, not sure)

Gosh I don’t even remember the one with the *21. Slightly concerned.

I definitely got 3 wrong in math and omitted at least 2…well, there goes my score!

@mnallamalli97

I really don’t remember all the choices, but I think I put that they would explain more about Austen’s character. But thinking about it again, I think I gave their response to the release of the “blank spaces” (the hidden letters being made public) rather than the actual withholding of them. Oh well.

for the brain passage, what was the answer to the question that asked what can be inferred from the experiment about not seeing peoples faces? question was like what had to be known?

  1. Absolute value question ( lf(x)l ), finding smallest value, ANS-?
  2. ax^2+bx+c, Finding the value of a when the minimum value of the equation is 5, ANS-?
  3. XYZ Office products Graph, ANS-?
  4. Computer per student average, ANS-?
  5. *n is the smallest number that can be added to n so it becomes a perfect square. find the same value as *21. the choices were something like A. 2, B. 6, C. 12 D. 77... ANS-?

Does anybody have answer to these math problems?
Anybody???

I think one of the answers for Austen was either the letters were not as good as her novels or something to do with her character?

@mnallamalli97

What did you put? I don’t remember the choices but can confirm if your answer was correct or incorrect (it’ll jog my memory)

i said that it was required the participants see a face first. it was A. not sure of the wording tho

  1. 0 or 2 (This is still being debated).
  2. 2 (Choice A) 3/4/5 - Don't think I had any of these questions.

@Em1509 it may have been on the experimental math section. Breathe.
