***Official 2015 June SAT (US Only) THREAD***

Has anyone spoken to the CB about the timing issue? I emailed them… I hope to god the scores don’t get cancelled

What exactly was the math question with the asterisk or whatever involving?

It was inferred that the people at least saw some people’s faces that they recognized I think.

@Sonnafeeling Don’t worry I’m breathing :)) some

@mnallamalli97

I remember that. I chose that answer as well.

@Em1509 It was experimental.

@Chrysanthemum14 I got the same inference.

for the easter island passage, one of the answer choices was “…flatter surfaces” or something to do with steep slopes. what was that answer?
better yet, remember the question stem for that? it might be an infer type question

Thanks guys

yeah. it def was an infer question. it asked what can be inferred from the “suggestion” in passage 2

Did anyone have a math experimental section? if you had it, what was the experimental one?

I picked the answer having to do with going up a hill or something like that

I said it was inferred that some pictures were so close that they couldn’t tell the difference. @Chrysanthemum14 you definitely had an experimental writing section because we didnt have the passage about the 8 yr old boy nor a reading comp. question with pedestrian as an option.

  1. i dont remember a question with scant. what were the other choices?
  2. i dont remember pedestrian either. anyone know the other choices?
  3. Absolute value question ( lf(x)l ), finding smallest value, ANS = 0
  4. ax^2+bx+c, Finding the value of a when the minimum value of the equation is 5, ANS = 2 (choice A)
  5. XYZ Office products Graph, ANS-? i didnt get this question. maybe you’re talking about the company and its advertisement graph?
  6. Computer per student - 92% decrease
  1. *n is the smallest number that can be added to n so it becomes a perfect square. find the same value as *21.
    i think that was experiemntal cause i didnt have that either

@Chrysanthemum14 Do you know the list of experimentals? All of mine were normal SAT format. :o

@MileSwimmerDude
Yeah I definitely had a experimental reading comp.

@Em1509 the question with 21 was definitely an experimental one because I didn’t have it

Wasn’t there an erroneous question on the math question? The question was about how many numbers in Set C were greater than 12? I had a way diferent answer than the choices and i felt my answer was right. Should I report it or am I wrong?

Did anyone get an answer of “[XXX] but not binding”

if anybody wants to know if something was experimental or not just ask me, most likely i’ll be able to remember if i had it or not
