I’m still convinced that tactfully incredulous was the right answer. In the lines, I got the sense that the author couldn’t believe that textbooks had endins as terrible as they did. He mentions this in a skillful way by setting up his central point. (tactful) We will see.

I got a really funny exp writing section, totally looked like the ACT. Wanted to cheat by going ahead but was in the middle of the room :(. haha .

There was a little blurb of information before “Mumbai” that described it. You can’t compare Mumbai’s skyline to that description, so “Mumbai” needed to be the subject of the sentence.

The answer was A. Mumbai has seen it’s skyline. It has to start with only mumbai as the previous stuff about how it’s the central of economic growth for India is describing mumbai, not it’s skyline.
