Physics passage? Which one was that? Dont remember it.

(78-69)/69=13%

What about the test scores question from 69 to 78. What was the percentage?

93 was the test the kid had to get to maintain 90 quiz average...So, the expression was

87 + 89 + 91 + x
---------------- > 90
4

(Throwing out the answer to a question I just remembered

I think the test score was 13%

Shahein, what equation represented that?

AHHHHH: What about this problem (Math):

Which of the following could have been the maximum number of students who recieved a 0 on their test? (The average was an 86.7, I believe, for the 10 students.)
A: 0
B: 1
C: 2
D: 3
E: Cannot be determined with given information.

I put B, 1.

Ivy = Take a look at my edited post

TSA = It was 1. The maximum score was 1000... There were 867 points in homework, which means 133 points were not given. One person not turning in HW would be 100 points. Thus only one person did not turn in.

(score a + score b + score c + x)/4 > 90

i forgot the numbers for a b c....but it was option A on my form

I put 1 as well, which would give an average of %90

1 is the maximum 9(10) + 0 /10 = 90, if 2 get 0, the number falls below 87

What about the geometric sequence question?

It went 36, -12, -3/4...Find the fourth term.

What about the geometric sequence question?

Was it the question that was -3/4

the "r" was -1/3....so you multiplied the last term with -1/3

jay...i believe the mountain top was the correct graph with the peak at 300 (like 2 parabolas coming together, one pos. and one neg.). this was right i think because at 300 was when venus was behind the sun in comparison to the earth and would have the greatest delay!

Shahein....are you Pakistani-American?

Last term = -4/3.

TSA, that's what I got.

Annandale = No, I'm Persian

bad ass! my skiing technique worked, ha i own einstein and his stupid little balls

just wondering....coz in Urdu Shahein means Eagle or something. I think Urdu takes a lot of words from Farsi.
