I’m currently a BC student and I’ve been late with my financial aid apps both years I’ve applied… oops! The financial aid office is super understanding, though, so you shouldn’t have any issues. Just give them a call on Monday and let them know your situation; your financial aid shouldn’t be affected much, if at all. :)

I applied EA–this is going to be one of the first schools I’ve heard from, I’m so nervous!
My mom went to BC for grad school and loved it. That’s gotta help (or at least, that’s what I keep telling myself).
I sort of feel like these early schools are particularly nerve-wracking because they seem like barometers for how everything else is going to go. Very scary to get all of these notifications then wait three more months for RD.

If anyone gets an email today/whenever, can you please post on here? I want to know when they were sent to I’m not waiting around if I’m not getting one anyway. Thank you!!

Using last year (2012) as an indication, the deferral emails should be sent out this morning. Good luck to all REA applicants but remember a deferral means you are still alive and kicking.

wait, our actual letter is coming this week 0.0 nope nope nope can’t handle the pressure. Still no email probably too early, fingers crossed though!

40 minutes give or take 10 for me if i dont get anything from 10-11 im assuming im not deferred, if i don’t get anything from 11-12 then I’ll be more sure. But then there’s always the possibility I got declined :/

Good luck to her! Wish I had gotten a snow day so I could have slept in and just checked when I woke up instead of stressing like I am right now.

Wondering if BC will even send deferral emails… My daughter applied EA last year and I seem to remember some ambiguities around weather or not BC actually meant to send out the deferral emails or weather it was a mistake.
