<p>Why are people getting mixed responses about when we’re going to receive our acceptance/rejection letter? I mean… in a couple of weeks?!</p>
<p>Well I’m an English major too. that’s just depressing 
I’m not freaking out yet, because I had the tabs before so I think I have a decent chance, but I do feel like I’m going to throw up. :D</p>

<p>I just got accepted as a junior transfer to CAS as a Psychology major via e-mail this afternoon. I hope you guys all find out soon! I know I haven’t posted anything before but this thread has been so helpful and you guys all seem like awesome people I hope to see at orientation this summer!</p>

<p>What time did all your e-mails come in? Also, to all those who have been admitted via e-mail: did you all have the change to your tabs over Sunday and Monday and then have them revert back to regular portal status yesterday???</p>

<p>I feel like these are fake accounts trying to mess with our heads. They’ve only posted less than 10 times each. 2/3 were made this month–probably today.</p>
<p>I’m sorry if it’s untrue, but that’s what it looks like to me.</p>
<p>My tabs had shown up last Friday night and then did all of the funky stuff that had happened to everyone else.</p>
<p>My tabs showed up and disappeared too and I promise you that I am not a fake. But I, on the other hand, have not received an email. There is a note on the BC website, tho, that I just discovered, not to give them a yahoo address because BC emails almost never go through to yahoo accounts. I have a yahoo account. I’m hoping that it’s just a glitch like that but i’m not too hopeful.</p>
<p>Something is not right. Why would the admissions staff say that they are only notifying by regular mail if they were sending emails? Somebody’s not telling the truth, either the posters here are not real, or the staff at BC is lying??</p>
<p>Eryi, I definitely understand your cynicism but I assure you that at the very least I am real. I can tell you that I didn’t check my portal account this weekend so I have no idea if my tabs had changed or not. I’m not here to mess with you or freak you out, I swear that that’s the last thing I’d ever do, I know how terrifying the waiting is and how time gets drawn out. Stay positive though, only negativity can come from negativity</p>

<p>I’m talking about the people who have gotten emails. I have a Gmail account and have gotten nothing. Everyone who says that they received emails are people who have less than 10 posts each and whose accounts were created last month or this month.</p>
<p>I don’t know. I would like to be optimistic about it but I’m just going to keep being miserable until I have some evidence otherwise haha</p>
