<p>well damn, having the time change does throw things off. I’m in Europe this year. Any idea around what time Monday decisions will be released? Wouldn’t it be lovely if it was Monday at 12:00 AM

<p>I had a dream I got in to Brown. Then I woke up (in my dream) and it was untrue, so I went on a series of quests where I stopped a nuclear bomb, tamed a golden hippogriff, traveled back in time to hold a Greek god for ransom, and swam through Mount Olympus (they had an underwater lake?) to take the most beautiful picture in the world. I think I may have given an old lady a heart attack. And then I rode my hippogriff straight into the White House, where the President was meeting with Brown’s board of admission, where they granted me acceptance. If only.</p>
<p>Only two more days, everyone!</p>
<p>Is anyone else counting down the hours? Or am I going crazy? I have to keep myself busy by doing something different every hour in order to pass the time now that my exams are over. 45 more hours. Tomorrow is going to go by SO. SLOW.</p>
<p>Have you guys tried logging in to different Brown portals? I was successful at Library, Wiki and Payments.
Damn, I should’ve called yesterday. But it would’ve potentially sucked to receive two rejections on Friday, so I decided to wait.</p>
<p>Haha. I was successful at Brown payments and the wiki too. I don’t know if it means anything–probably everyone has access, but once they remove the applicant profiles from the site, we won’t be granted it anymore. But I now am ridiculously hopeful.</p>
<p>I can log into Brown Wiki and Payments! Is that a good sign?</p>
<p>Hahaha I know!! I got really sad for a second because I couldn’t log into the library system. But I got into wiki and the payments, so maybe you’re right, Sakari! I don’t have a very good chance of getting in (I need lots of financial aid and have a pretty low gpa), so I’d agree that it’s probably just that our applicant profiles have access</p>
<p>So, while we’re here waiting…what are your intended majors? Why are you transferring? What other colleges are you thinking about/have applied to?</p>

<p>I’m thinking Political Science and English. I’m transferring because I just don’t fit in at my college. I didn’t fit in at high school either, but here, it’s not because I’m weird, it’s just… a caustic environment. And my school’s curriculum is fairly restrictive. I hated my school’s city for a while, but I’m growing to like it, so I guess I won’t die if I can’t transfer. I applied only to Brown and Swat, and I was going to apply to CU Boulder and U of Arizona, but I was able to internally transfer to a much kinder college (compared to my old one) at my university, so I just decided not to apply. But transferring would be a dream come true, still.
What about you guys??</p>
<p>The Brown Admissions Office is reading this forum. Be careful. Also we should get a Page up for the spring admits so we can discuss our plans for the fall. I’m thinking of taking them up on the University of Edinburgh program.</p>
