<p>Only recipients are notified I’m afraid. I think we would have heard of someone getting it by now if the decision was made today.</p>

<p>Yes- it was Presidents day- which was the 18th last year. Presidents day was the 16th <em>this</em> year. Sorry for the confusion. It was Monday Feb 18 last yr, not Sat the 16th.</p>

<p>Yeah, I got the 24k/honors college invite. My stats are 3.9 UW GPA(4.5 W), 2200 SAT (780 CR, 690 M, 730 W). My ECs are pretty good, id like to think (FOunded debate club, was president of history club, vp of young democrats, treasurer of beta club. not all in the same year of course). My project wasnt really that great (guy surfing on the tulane green wave, something that im sure is done every year and is cheesy). As for going to tulane, I will have to wait till april when i get the rest of my decisions and weigh my options, but i have to say I doubt i will be going to tulane unless they give me awesome need based aid</p>

<p>Impressive record, I guess it just shows how competitive the DHS is. I don’t think my D has heard yet. I am traveling, but I am sure she would have called either way.</p>
<p>You know, if we can assume that Tulane has already sent out the FedEx packages notifying the DHS recipients, then we can simply call FedEx and ask if we have any package coming our way. If we do, then we can assume that we have gotten in, since demonsworld suggests a letter is given to those who have not gotten in. Just an interesting thought.</p>
