It would also be interesting to record (for next years transfers) what we believe our own chances are.

Who wants to start

Who wants to start

@nostalgia14 haha I was thinking that at first! 5 is a pretty solid number

My chances are one hundred percent

I have a good chance of getting in, but also a very good chance of being rejected. Yay CAS!

@lstevenson242 I like your confidence!

Is the school for sure starting to send notification tomorrow??!!!
For Cals or Cas or Both!!

@Indeedforhelp
they said they start releasing result at mid-april. and tmr is 14 April… maybe 15 April (Tue)? lol

Sounds like everyone who is active in this thread are all applying to CALS. Anybody applying to the A&S that is getting excited to see whether we got in or not?

:D

ILR applicant here. Any idea when we might hear back?

Its Monday!

I hope CAS sends out the bulk of their decisions this week.

@rdlp123 For CAS transfer, did you take foreign language, social science, mathematics, humanity, and finish one-year of college writing classes? I actually did not fulfill their requirement… Sad

@MYOMOO I am currently a freshman but yes I have taken classes in all but writing classes. Cornell said I can complete them sophomore year.

@rdlp123 you should have a good chance of getting in!! I did not take foreign language class although I speak a foreign…

@MYOMOO I am applying to CAS, too, and I think I meet all the requirements except for maybe foreign language. I have taken a semester worth of a foreign language although they require 3~ courses or so. With that said, I am a native speaker in another language, so surely they won’t care too much.
On another note, I called the a&s admissions today to ask when transfer applicants to a&s should be expecting to learn admission decisions, and they said late April in about 2 weeks. A big bummer for me…

@aerivus wow… a big bummer for me as well. I am CAS applicant and expected I would get a admission decision this week…

@UofU2014Cornell Exactly the same for me… The adcom I spoke to told me it is because they are still reviewing some applications. Sounded like they are done with a good proportion of them, but not willing to release the decisions too sporadically.

Ahhhhhhh I’m going crazy waiting

@aerivus what is your exact major and can you share your application feature?
