Can anyone help me out?? I am beyond confused as to how to pay my enrollment deposit online??

NTCollege - I applied to Elliott. And neither, I applied to Elliot last year and was accepted but wasnt able to go. This year, I got in touch with one of their admissions directors who said I wouldn’t have to apply again, just send him a letter of update and he’ll re-key my old app. I did CommonApp last year. My activity center says everything has been recieved and my application is complete.

I hate how they did this on a Friday and now we have to wait until Monday to do anything.

Accepted - Elliott School of International Affairs, Middle Eastern Studies Major

Just got in too! Anyone else transferring to the School of Business? :)

I GOT IN GWU too!!! So excited! I have to choose between GWU and Northeastern! Such a hard decision! Anyone can give me some advice??

im between gwu and umd…anyone knows when the FA packet will come out?

@JAY327 Check your spam folder. I got an email the day after I was accepted in my spam folder saying my FA package was ready, and it gives your directions on how to access it.

@triumphadc, if you don’t mind me asking, how much money are they giving you?

Finally got a reply. Admitted! Hoping to attend. Hoping for some financial aid.

On a different note, if any of you haven’t heard I STRONGLY encourage you to contact them and push for the decision. Because of miscommunication, they nearly forgot to review my application!

Congrats to everyone else. And good luck to all still waiting.

Just got my award package… $49,750 (with 10k in loans and work study)…but still haven’t decided on the offer…

Does anyone know if we have to pay for the miscellaneous fees (transportation… personal exp…etc)

Just saw this, jay327. Transportation / personal expenses aren’t “billed” to us, but it’s what they estimate will be spent for a total year. And I ended up getting about $52k with loans & work study, so we’re almost equal

accepted! but unless they give me significantly more money than emory, it’s likely i will be declining.

Just received an acceptance from GWU. I’ll probably decline because I was accepted to Georgetown as well. That was my first choice.

I have to say, GWU has the least efficient process of any school I have had contact with. Not only did they fail to send me an email notifying me that my decision was ready, but they also failed to mention–until I called!–that my financial aid documents were not “complete.” Funny–everything is showing as completed. But no, now they want more. And to top it off, they want me to respond by June 12th…when they have yet to make any official contact with me! I really do wish those of you who are choosing to attend well. May your patience exceed mine.

Congrats for getting in Georgetown @transferAP! I was wondering do you need to send the Declaration of Intent and tell them which college you’re going to? I’m thinking of just declining and not tell them where I’m going

Did anyone get anything in the mail yet?? I live 30 minutes away from D.C. and still nothing. I want to find out my financial aid before sending in the $800 deposit by next wednesday, but when I check online, it doesn’t show any financial aid.

Does anyone know when we can start registering for classes?

@jay327 I registered for classes about a week ago. you can register at any time, from now until the semester starts, but it has to be between 7am - 10pm, I think. they recommend that you speak to your advisor regarding class choice as well.
