Waheeey! That’s a good sign! Are you being recruited for something?

I didn’t know you could apply to Universities when you are a sophomore? o-o does someone want to enlighten me lol…

@raj nah mate, sadly, not quite quick enough :(

Hello guys, im an international and I still havent been contacted for an interview. Does this mean I did not make it?

Don’t worry about getting an interview if you’re international.

so nervous…

Can anyone tell me the significance of that coach telling me Admissions ‘enjoyed’ my poetry submission (a published book, probably about 30 poems in length)?

POmani, take it as a great sign and try to get through the next four weeks worrying just a little less. :)

POmani, I’d love to read some of your poetry!
Think you could pm me one or two samples?

pre-dater. If you’re not a ■■■■■, you’ve been given very bad advice on what a viable applicant to H looks like. You have zero chance

Well, if someone uses “bro” and “I’m black” in their first and only post on CC on a chance thread, there’s no question as to whether the person is a ■■■■■ or not.

Thought waiting nervousness would ease up as decisions got closer.

Apparently not.

25 days.
Omygawd.

@lemming101 I was also offered a second interview but for UPenn so I emailed the interviewer back (since she was the same person who interviewed me the first time) and asked what was going on and she said it was probably a problem with the system. I’m not sure if Harvard might have the same glitch or if two interviews are normal.

^It maybe a system problem at UPenn but it’s not a problem at Harvard. Second interview is not an unprecedented thing in Harvard admissions.

Do I even have a chance with a 3.75 unweighted and 31 ACT?

Don’t ask. I feel like asking too (3.95 unweigted GPA with 2100 SAT and international, that too Indian with no ECs…blah blah)…Now can you chance me? No you can’t. Not just you but nobody can. It’s the same with you!!:D

@hopingforbetter “Second interview is not an unprecedented thing in Harvard admissions”

What do you think it means then?? I’m heard a number of rumours about second interviews… :)

@lemming101
In my opinion, it can’t be a negative thing. However, I don’t know if it will help you…

I can’t wait for the results…

All izz well
