For identifying sentence errors, was “weren’t sure how (will they) come up with funds,” was “will they incorrect”? Also the one question with just “so” underlined, was it “so” or no error?
@herpinburpin i think the answer is supporting a previous statement. the examples of the trees and rabbits combined with the stabilization part support his statement that nature rarely allows for huge changes like that. I do not think his first statement was ambiguous with regard to time, as he did not mention time at all. To me, this implies that time is a non-factor almost. If the author had made a general statement regarding time and then used the two centuries thing, then I would say it is the ambiguity answer. But as it is, I think supporting a previous statement. I could be wrong though.
