I had that as well - I don’t think it was experimental, though because I had another that I’m 99% certain was experimental.
Grid ins were easy IMO. It was the last math section that killed me on time. The one with the trapezoid and sequence of paper rings.
Can someone explain the sets question. There are two sets one is 2-10,000 the other is 5-10,000 how many numbers in the intersection or idk.
Oh I looked it up just now and celerity means swiftness of movement, which is the opposite of what you need. However, the second blank for those words was very tempting, so I definitely don’t blame you.
What was the answer to the question about sets with numbers divisible by 2 and numbers divisible 5?
Also, does anybody have any CR questions or math questions? Im pretty confident in my answers this time around
Not off-topic enough for a zero. Just off topic enough to maybe tip you down a bit. It’s not a huge deal.
What was the error in the sentence that had Anne and exhibited
@NotAMathlete
Okay think of the numbers one through ten. There are 5 multiples of 2 for every 10. Now out of those multiples of 2 only one is going to be divisible by 5. So the ratio is 5:1 so the difference will be 4 x 1000 = 4k.
@didierdrogba that makes me feel better. I hate the fact that I filled out the whole two pages and had 5 minutes left to just sit there feeling all falsely good about myself.
I got this as well from plugging in numbers.
I got 11 as well. The key part of that was “Every number after the second is obtained by adding the previous two”, so the first two numbers could be anything.
What about this writing question about petals changing colors? Some subspecies of hydrangeas are like litmus paper from pink to blue in high acidity.
It was between these 2. I put the latter
*The color of their petals changes
Or
*their petals change color
@YangWenli What’d you say for the music questions?
One was a statement about authenticity or something. . and I said something like ‘it is akin to’
There was one like what did passage one say/do that passage 2 didn’t.
Um. . .oh the notion question regarding planets. . did you say something about how the other planets were available to be terraformed for human use or something?
I got 4,000! What did you put for the one with the block flipped every which way. I think I did that right but I hate those visual perception questions.
Petals change color. The other one is awkward.
“, their petals changing colors”. The rest are a comma splice error as you needed a dependent clause, not an independent clause.
What’d you guys get for the quadrilaterla question (area = 30, length of a leg) I knew it was 3 but I forgot what answer choice it was.
What is the answer to the loop ring question? I got red, but I just wrote the first letter of each color and tapped my pencil ‘16, 17, 18…’ because I had some time. Not sure if that’s the right way to go about it.
@intagi A i think
and I said red
Was the sets question a grid in?
