Congrats! Soon you’ll be at Club Midd!

i got my acceptance yesterday! so excited  hopefully the financial aid is okay…

For those of you who got early acceptances… what were your stats?

800 CR, 760 W, 740 M; 800 in Math II, Latin and USH; 5 on AP US, Latin lit; Merit Finalist; top 3% of class (not ranked); 3.92 unweighted, 4.35 out of 4.5 weighted; three gold medals on National Latin Exam; legacy

Congrats! I had no idea Middlebury did Early Writes…it wasn’t anywhere on their website and I still can’t find it…must be hidden somewhere :stuck_out_tongue: haha.

And good luck to others who are awaiting theirs! or…March 27th ;)

9ish whole days left.

i got an early write, and i’m really not sure why! but hey, i’ll take it. :P

CR 800, M 800, W 750; Math I 750 and Lit 760; 5 on AP English Language and AP Literature; merit semifinalist; #1 in class (but only 28 in class so it’s not a huge feat); GPA 3.98/4.00 (i have no idea if it’s weighted or unweighted or what that even means).

of course, good luck to everyone who is hearing in 9 days … if i can do it, so can you!

Howdy all!

I got my letter this morning (I’m a west coaster) and I’m uber stoaked. Statistics:

SAT II: math II - 800, bio (eco.) - 720, literature - 700
SAT I: CR - 770, Math - 740, Writing - 790 (e: 12)
ACT: 31, IB SL Physics - 7, IB SL Math - 6, GPA: 4.00/4.40

Happy spring and best regards to everyone and their post high school paths.

Colleges that send out early-writes don’t publicize them, probably so that it doesn’t put everyone on edge when EWs come out for some.

GPA: 3.81 UW, 4.47 W, top 4% at magnet school
SAT I: CR-740, Math-730, Writing-790
SAT II: 740/790
ACT: 34

Congratulations to everyone, and good luck to those still waiting!

Williams certainly does! And most colleges put on their website that they have that system of early writes or likely letters.

Middlebury: nada and I think that’s better  people don’t expect it haha

SOOOOO decisions come out in four full days online

are you guys excited? is the financial aid package also online and available at the same time?

Son was admitted ED and financial aid info was available online. It wasn’t immediately obvious, but as I recall there was an extra tab for it. Good luck!

I’m so nervous for this decision! I know what the result will be… but I’m kind of scared nonetheless…

how do you know what the result will be?

I’m still trying to decide whether I should wake up at 5AM or not this Saturday and whether it’s worth it or not.

I’m going to wake up at 6:45 AM. Then wait until 8 AM to check. Then go back to sleep.

I hope you all get in! Everyone is so deserving here.

Um…I’m going to wake up at like the usual hour…10AM~12PM and then check…no good in increasing my anxiety for hours, refreshing the page (it might even get delayed which will make me even more anxious)

@cwperkins: I’m taking a very good guess because I’ve been waitlisted when I didn’t think I would be, and Middlebury is more competitive/less of an obvious fit than there. So, waitlist/rejection seems inevitable.

I have tennis practice Saturday morning at 830 AM. I’ll wake up at 730, get ready, eat breakfast, check my Midd decision and then go to practice =]
