Plan on finding out late next week when the fall quarter ends. You’ll get an email with a link to your decision.

Wish I could find out this Friday. Sigh

NU will accept more than one applicant from the same school.

@CCMom2U

I actually heard the opposite…but i’m not entirely sure!

Are international applicants (Chinese) harder to get in??? I heard NU wants to limit the number of Chinese students…so nervous

@shasha101

They definitely accept more than one student from the same school. There are always quite a few people who get accepted ED to NU from my school.

Chinese student from Canada here, I’m really hoping that’s not true .-.

@dagui1995 @abootcanada NU always wants a diverse student body so you could look at it like your chances are high for being a Chinese Canadian/Chinese international! Staying optimistic!!

Did anyone apply to School of Communication for theatre major? I AM SO NERVOUS!!! Does anyone know the acceptance rate for theatre major? I’m really worried because I’m an international student as well…

@Sasha101
An admissions rep told me that they will accept more than one from one school. Also, I know that the year my son applied, they accepted two from his high school ED and at least one RD.

Did anyone else get followed on twitter by NU Project Cookie? I’m wondering whether this is a secret screening by the undergraduate admissions office…

So anxious to hear back, and good luck to all of you!

Yes, I did!

Lolol, no, Project Cookie is a thing here. It’s run by students, so no administrators would see it. (I’m a current NU freshman, btw).

Yes, I did!

Anyone else applying to SESP?

I applied to SESP for Social Policy. I love that little school. What major did you apply for?

I’m going for medill.

How many students does Medill accept?

@theatregeek2526

HEY I applied as a theatre major, I’m from California. Best of luck! NU looks like absolute magic when it comes to theatre. I have the exact same question as you do. I imagine the acceptance rate is pretty tiny considering NU has one of the most reputable theatre programs in the country.

My good friend and mentor got in last year as a techie. I knew him as the king of stage tech at my school.

I’m looking to act :)

Are you going for acting?

@Gungunbaby
Hopefully enough to get us CC’ers in. Haha.
