<p>We’re all assuming because it’s always been the Thursday of NU’s finals week for the past 3-4 years…plus they start break after that which means their offices won’t even be open…most likely Thursday and Friday at the latest</p>
<p>Sounds like a pretty solid argument to me, but then again, I didn’t apply for law or anything.</p>
<p>I’m curious to know what you guys wrote about for the Why NU essay? I feel like this essay will be the breaking point for many of us. For me, I focused on opportunities to research, intern, mentioned some notable professors there, and made a point on how NU focuses on innovation. I also focused on the musical activities endowed to students for music enthusiasts. </p>
<p>wow @queserrva I wrote exactly the same bunch of things! I’m not sure if Why NU is more important than the PS though…Equal standing?</p>
<p>lol almost the same but i mentioned the NU idea of the great intersection and whole brainer education</p>
<p>I wrote similar stuff but I also focused on the diversity and sense of community that NU offers.</p>
<p>I don’t know if this is weird but I wrote mine in the form of a recipe(for the perfect college) and mentioned a bunch of really NU specific details…because the question was so generic and I only had about 300 words to work with…people I know who’ve gotten in told me NU is okay with creative stuff so I went for it haha…we’ll see how it turns out</p>

<p>BTW guys, I just got a note from my school’s admission office telling me to go see them afterschool for a talk. I’m pretty scared now cause they’ve never asked to see us specifically and decision’s around the corner. Will it be NU calling them about information of me or…decisions??? I’m pretty freaked out.</p>

<p>@ikadiggit No, I’m an international student, so talk about weird. My school’s admission/counselor office doesn’t do anything, so them actively asking for me is more than weird by itself. And you know, this sensitive time!</p>
