call us on Monday, March 27. (Our office will not be open during the weekend.)

from where u have this info?

It was an email.

they sent out an email

oooo can't wait till friday!!!!

I didn't get the email !
Good luck to everyone !!!!!!

How many of you are really serious about attending Smith if accepted?

If I got accepted to all my schools, it would be between Smith and Barnard for me.

Barnard is a great school, but of course most of us who post here are Smithies at heart. The difference I can see is that Barnard has core distributions requirements and Smith has none. Of course, NY vs. NoHo, as well. Best of luck deciding.

I'd be choosing between Wellesley and Smith if I'm accepted to Smith. Of course I haven't heard from Mt. Holyoke yet.

In response to BJM's question, If accepted (with good financial aid) Smith will move up my personal rankings. Of course, I will have to visit first. Seeing as I live in CA, I've never had the chance to acutally go down there. If I like the look & feel of the campus and the town i'll go! BUt uh, i haven't been accepted yet so all of this is just in my head at this point lol

ahhhhhh today's the day!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!! Man... the server's gonna be jammed today at 5 lol....

What?? How come I didn't get the email? :(

For those of us whose BannerWeb link doesn't work, what do we do?!

Last year at 6:00 EST. I was at a location where I couldn't get to Bannerweb because I was behind a Firewall that didn't allow port redirects. I called my brother and had him log in for me and read it to me. It was sooooo nerve wracking!

Of course, that won't work if you're having a problem because of your password or user id. You might want to try contacting somebody in Tech. Support to see if they can help you if you can't get that fixed. I don't know for sure if they can help you with it, but if they can't they will likely know who can. Just remember to call before 4:30. Their number is (413)585-4487

Good Luck! Remember to breathe while you're clicking through the links to access your decision letter. :-)

Keep checking everyone. My D heard around 4:00 p.m. through bannerweb when she got accepted. Good luck and let us know when you hear!

I don't know which is worse.. not knowing when a school is going to send out the information and waiting anxiously or knowing exactly when the decision will be posted and having to count down the hours. Good luck everyone! .. I hope I don't get banned for the day from BannerWeb for signing in too many times. :p

I remember, not too long ago, my D was checking Bannerweb every ten minutes or so beginning at 3:30. When she got accepted I thought my house was going to fall down there was so much yelling and jumping up and down. Enjoy this time, as it only happens once in a lifetime. Remember also, that if it was meant to be then it will happen. Students usually end up where they were supposed to end up; don't ask me why, it just happens!

hehe, I screamed when I opened my first acceptance letter.. I wasn't expecting anything so soon, and I didn't even realize the school offered me a $12,000 scholarship until a few hours later. So far I've been accepted to every school I've applied to and am just waiting on WPI and Smith. Smith is my first choice, but I was careful to apply to schools I knew I would love to attend. Thanks for the info about your daughter.. gives me hope that my constant clicking will be worth it. I'm not sure I can wait until 6.

Way to go Nebulousfive! Glad to hear that Smith is your first choice. The waiting game is almost over, just an hour more or so. :D
