Reflection

Strengths: Test scores, Maybe ECs
Weaknesses: Essays, GPA, Recs
Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Definitely essays. I didn’t have my heart in it and probably took too many risks without thinking it through. Teacher rec could have played a major factor too though.
Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Accepted: Alabama Applying: Boston College, University of Chicago, Case Western, Illinois, Miami (Florida), Northwestern, UPenn, USC (my number one actually)

General Comments: I’m not bummed that they denied me as in I won’t be able to go to the school, but more bummed that this could be a good indicator of some of my other apps. I never really had my heart into ND (I’m an atheist heh), and this rejection will allow me to completely cut myself off from it. Too bad. Good luck to everyone else though.
