what were the functions that summed to 11?

If it's a 2x2 square, then the diagonal is 2(square-root 2). it's 1 if you're only considering the horizonal half.

It's not a 2x2 square. The inner one was SQRT(2) by SQRT(2), and the outer one was 3x3.

ahhhh maybe i should read the question better? thanks for clearing that up for me.

You didnt really have to solve anything for that problem because logically it is just a bit smaller than the larger squre. So you could have put 1.49 and be sure that it is the right answer :) But im 99.999% sure 1<x<1.5 is the range.

what functions added up to 11?

it was like f(1) + f(3)... and the table showed the corresponding values to be like 7+4

The math section was incredibly easy on this test. I am so fed up w/ myself making ridiculous mistakes. Ugh! :(

Isn't this discussion 100% illegal?

I mean, CollegeBoard explicitly told you not to discuss the test on the internet.

Haven't you ever jaywalked before?

College Board posts the essay prompts and experimental section on their website. We're just, ah..., building on that information.

Relax.

omg omg

what if they track us down? omg

;)

It is very easy to track an IP address...

whats my address?

check, and mate.

12 days till we get our scores, guys! How are yall coping?

I'm drowning myself in homework and trying not to think about it too much. Oh, please, please, let my CR and writing answers be correct. Let me have some lenient essay graders. Let the curve be decent...

I'm just going to stop thinking about it.

Taffy:

The admin of this website could tell you. And if CollegeBoard asks this website for your IP address, they will comply, rather than face a lawsuit.

and when my IP is given to collegeboard, and they trace it to my ISP... why is my ISP going to give them my name or address? It isnt illegal to talk about the test, its against collegeboard rules. what are collegeboard rules worth?

I don't think it's against the rules.

If it is, they'll revoke your scores, just like they have done in the past.

If they revoke my scores then I will sue them because they are violating my 1st admendment right..... freedom of speech, press, etc....
