what was the one about the behaviorial one did you guys say humans self desire improvement or did u guys say humans were autonomous

California cut off is 222 I’m prob screwed

are you sure? i thought the question was saying 10% of the women group spoke chinese so i put 18

Did everyone get soporific as an answer in the SEntence completion?

Here is the article that passage 1 of the “reinforcement” questions drew from: http://www.papagalibg.com/FilesStore/karen_pryor_-_don_t_shoot_the_dog.pdf

@db6006 As it turns out, CollegeBoard has asked nearly the exact same question before. On the November 2011 SAT they asked the same exact question but used cookies as the object instead. You can search the forums to find it.
That is why we’re not supposed to share answers, but on the PSAT, since all the answers have to be released through score reports, it doesn’t matter as much.
Also, since CB is nearing the end of this style SAT, we are seeing the stranger, more difficult questions come out.

Would someone mind estimating my score? Thanks
M -0
C - 5/6
W -3
I think i did poorly on reading… I live in Kentucky, though, and I think the cutoff here is like a 211 which is low compared to the rest

Predict my score?
Math: at least 2, at max 5 (last year I got a 76 by missing 3)
CR: At least 2 (panacea and impromptu I missed for sure, maybe the inventions passages. I thought they were conflicting views)
Writing: 1 at least (thought it was pretty easy, I’m saying one because I didn’t get 4 Es in a row when people have been saying that all day. I have been getting a bunch of Es though)

@fluterazzle9013 It’s interesting when you read the passages again now… I also can see that the narrative choice was wrong.

Okay guys before my memory goes blank on me:

MATH
- how many possible values for x? something along the lines of (x+3)^4… options were zero one two and three
- two circles (no point of contact?)
- hexagon (forgot my answer but i remember struggling)
- the roman numerals one (I and III?)
- chinese women (impossible)

CR
the vocab… ugh
- something about daily joys of life (minutiae?)
- bonnie and clyde: altruistic or malevolent?
- the melatonin one, soporific virulistic(?) or some other word starting with s
- tone of voice for a passage, vexed/enraged/duplicitous
- the inventions passages… did the 2nd support the 1st or undermine it?
- Japanese passage: impromptu/probing/etc?
- psychology passage: meaning of “solid” (prearranged/unchanging/etc)
- okay what was the panacea question can someone explain

WRITING
- had lain?
- motives for doing it/no error?
oh also i got like 4 e’s in a row and then a diagonal line going e, d, c, b, and a… so much self doubt at that moment aah

ugh

@b524385 oh i put 4.5 i think cause the little triangle and the big triangle were similar triangles

@whosInsanity i said filmmaker too but im not sure

What did you guys get for the triangle math question where you had to find the total length of the segment on the right?

@grparker21 i said 4.5 but idk
or whatever option c was actually

I got 4.5 i believe
